Centre staff responsibilities
To supervise / instruct sessions from school groups, NICAS bouldering and Fun Wall sessions
To staff reception, check in customers, deal with queries, etc
Deliver high levels of customer service and safety and ensure The Climbing Experience is well represented
Be professional, approachable and friendly
Be flexible and available to work evenings and weekends, as required
