Responsibilities of the Role.
To supervise / instruct sessions from school groups, NICAS bouldering and Fun Wall sessions
To man reception, serving customers, answer the phone, etc
Deliver high levels of customer service and safety and ensure The Climbing Experience is well represented
Be professional, approachable and friendly
Be flexible and available to work evenings and weekends, as required
Essential Skills
be supportive to customers and colleagues
show energy and enthusiasm for your work
use your own initiative and solve problems
be a team player
Have excellent customer service skills.
Desirable Skills
be passionate about climbing and some experience within a climbing environment
Climbing related qualifications
First aid qualifications
Coaching experience
