Training Area

Our gym is fully equipped to support your climbing progression. You’ll find traditional weightlifting machines, benches, pull-up bars, rollers, weight belts, compression bands — plus an Erg 2 Professional Rowing Machine for full-body conditioning.

As you reach a certain level in your climbing (especially in bouldering), structured training becomes a game-changer. Strength training can help make powerful moves feel smoother and more controlled, helping you push into higher grades with confidence.

If your not sure where to start however then we recommend signing up for workout Wednesdays! This is our drop in coaching session specifically targeted at how you can integrate strength training into your climbing! Sign up here.

Please note: children under 16 must be supervised in this area. This is to protect growing bones, joints, and ligaments from strain caused by heavy lifting and high-intensity training. Safety always comes first.
