You don’t have to be a climber to enjoy our classes. Flexibility and core strength are key elements for successful and rewarding climbing. But these are attributes that are key for a range of activities and for overall health.
As well as helping with flexibility, yoga helps with breathing, stress reduction, ability to focus, overcoming fears and anxieties, and the prevention of injury. Whether you’re new to yoga or if you’re looking to take your practice to a new level, our classes will elevate your knowledge and uplift your body.

Not at all, our classes are open to all, and we welcome anyone that wants to keep fit and have fun. You don’t need to have used our climbing walls or have an interest in climbing.
Not at all! Everyone is welcome in our studio and classes can be paid for on a pay as you go basis.
Membership options are available and can include access to our climbing areas too.
Yes! We have male and female changing rooms, as well as two showers. One is located in the female changing area, and the other is unisex.
Unless otherwise stated, all of our classes are suitable for beginners, as well as being welcoming, open and encouraging spaces.
