Our Teachers - The Climbing Experience

Meet our wonderful, friendly & welcoming teachers, who can't wait to meet you.

Meet Natalie, our studio manager and also teaches  Power Vinyasa on a Monday.

Natalie completed her 500hr training in Vinyasa and Ashtanga in Goa, India in 2019. Since then she has been teaching a variety of classes across Kent, working to make yoga accessible and inclusive to everyone. Her personal journey to yoga came through her own struggles with mental health. Her classes focus on bringing the breath, mind and body together, challenging and nurturing the body whilst drawing close attention to the benefits yoga has on our mental health and how to take it off of the mat with you. Her classes encourage everyone to find where is comfortable for them, no body is the same and yoga is for everyone.

Meet Katrina, she teaches our magical Flow & Restore, plus Vinyasa and Yin

Starting with Ballet at the age of 6, Katrina has always been a curious explorer who was drawn to the world of movement. She discovered contemporary dance when she first stepped foot in the UK and encouraged her to obtain a MA in Contemporary Dance with Distinction at London Contemporary Dance School. Her love for learning guided took her journey to India in 2018 where she obtained her certification and is now a Registered Yoga Teacher under Yoga Alliance. Fast forward to now, 4+ years teaching Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Meditation, and is pre & post-natal qualified and still in love with this practice. In 2021, Katrina became a qualified Life Coach specialising in empowerment, confidence, & mindset. Through her practice and lifelong commitment to self-development & healing, she wants to demonstrate the mental and physical well-being that can be obtained from being devoted to one’s practice.

‘We all deserve to heal and to show up unapologetically ourselves. And this is what you will experience in both yoga & coaching sessions.’

Meet Rachael, who teaches Yoga for beginners & climbers!

Rachael’s personal journey into yoga began about eight years ago after looking for a practice to support her wellbeing. Since her first class she became dedicated to daily practice, fascinated to learn more. This led her to complete her first 18-month Yoga Teacher Training in 2018 – the first of many – and begin her new chapter of teaching.

Since then, Rachael has studied Yin Yoga and the energetic body according to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Yoga Therapy for Mental Health, Pranayama courses, Reiki, Buddhist Dharma to name a few.

She teaches Yin yoga and Hatha yoga and celebrates how both systems of yoga can promote balance, inner steadiness and help us come back to our true selves.

Meet Aine! She teaches Sunday Slow Flow

Aine has been practising yoga since 2018 and recently completed her 200-hour YTT with High Yoga School London in December 2021. The school has a strong focus on the philosophical aspects of the practice, and so through her class she hopes to provide you with the space to practise self-enquiry and in turn cultivate awareness, acceptance and inner strength through exploration of body, heart and mind.
