Zumba with Claudia
Sunday 10 am
A dance-based core fitness workout with a focus on enjoyment. Our instructor, Claudia, has taught successful ZUMBA classes for 7 years, and is a trained ex-competitive Ballroom/ Latin dancer, with extensive knowledge and passion for many dance styles. She has recently choreographed and performed Latin shows and taught classes around the country. Her ZUMBA fitness classes are fun, high energy, and efficient in providing a full-body workout focused on core, stamina, and posture.
Hapkido with Christos
Tuesday 7-8 pm & 8-9 pm
Hapkido is a refined traditional Korean martial art that employs kicks and punches as well as joint locks, grappling, and throwing techniques. It also incorporates traditional weapons such as long and short sticks, swords, and many more. Hapkido is an excellent martial art for practical self-defence against the vast majority of difficult situations. The main instructor, Christos Panagiotopoulos has been studying various martial arts for over 25 years holding 2nd Dan in Hapkido Moo Hak Kwan and 3rd Dan in Tangsoodo Hwa Rang. He is a brilliant martial arts teacher who focuses on fundamentals and discipline, and he actively trains to offer the best possible knowledge to his students in a safe environment. Body Blast & Body Combat with Caryn
Body Blast | Monday & Friday 6 pm – 7 pm
Body Blast sessions are high-energy fitness classes with moves that cater to everyone from complete beginners to total addicts. This will combine athletic movements like running, jumping, and lunging, with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats.
Body Combat | Wednesday 6 pm – 7 pm
Body Combat is a fun, empowering, high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness while learning moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira, and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast, and feel like a champ.
